We are full steam ahead into end of year countdown now aren’t we?
The last 12 months have still been weird – obvs and there’s been so many ups as well as downs for so many.

It’s easy to forget to look back before we look forward and reflect on how far we’ve come.
Whether you’ve spent too much time working “in” the business rather than on it.
You’ve spent too many hours working later and later into the evenings rather than finding the “balance” you thought you’d be able to achieve?
Felt that your things to do list is constantly growing and although you know what you never actually seem to get round to doing it!
If you’re really honest it doesn’t seem so long ago that you looked at 2021, hoped it would be better than 2020 and set some big ass goals so you gained more clients, had more success and the business gave you the opportunity to do even more of the things you love!
